Wij zijn bevlogen professionals die zich dag in, dag uit inzetten voor een goede kwaliteit van zorg voor onze cliënten. Die regels niet leidend laten zijn. Stevig in hun schoenen staan en hun vak verstaan. Ons doel is om elke dag het beste te halen uit onszelf, zodat we het beste kunnen halen uit de cliënt.

Onze medewerkers werken met diverse doelgroepen zoals (Licht) Verstandelijk beperkt (LVB/VB), Ernstig Meervoudig beperkt (EMB), Moeilijk Verstaanbaar gedrag (MVG) en Kind en Jeugd. Naast Zorg&Wonen bieden we ook thuis Ambulante Zorg aan en Werk&Begeleiding op dagbestedingsplekken en in werkplaatsen. De één heeft genoeg aan enkele uren begeleiding per week, de ander heeft dagelijkse, intensieve zorg nodig. We vinden het belangrijk om ons te richten op de hele mens, niet alleen op de beperkingen.

Toonaangevend en innovatief

Philadelphia hecht grote waarde aan het houden van eigen regie (zowel van cliënten als medewerkers). Daarom zijn Zeggenschap en Zelforganisatie bij ons belangrijke thema’s. Ook werken we graag met nieuwe innovaties die ons ondersteunen in ons werk/. Ze helpen ons het werk steeds beter te doen. Zo hebben wij op steeds meer locaties Belevingscabines staan en reist onze robot Phi regelmatig het land door.
